My partner and I recently travelled back to Australia to see my family. We took immuno multi for about a week prior and a week after landing. A few days after travelling I started to feel the first light symptoms of a flu coming on. The immuno helped keep the flu at only the lightest of symptoms, and shorten the sickness time to only a couple of days. I was able to enjoy my holiday and didn’t spend a single day in bed sick.
